A seller’s delivery, a stored item and an international parcel are different points in the same purchase. Find the screen that fits yours.
Which part are you following?
The seller is preparing or sending your items
Order is the place for incoming purchases before they are stored. A seller’s tracking message can say delivered while the warehouse still needs to receive, scan and inspect the item. Those events do not happen at exactly the same moment.
For a question about the purchase, contact the assigned buyer through the order. Include the order reference and the item you mean.
The items are stored and available to select
Warehouse contains stored orders. Review the inspection photos, look at the storage information and select the items you want to send together. Different orders can arrive on different days, so each item has its own storage timing.
A domestic tracking scan is not a substitute for seeing the item available in Warehouse.
You have arranged an international shipment
Parcel contains the packed shipment details and logistics updates. Use its parcel reference when asking about shipping or a final shipping payment adjustment. Keep the original product order reference for questions about an individual item.
Once the parcel arrives, confirm delivery through the parcel page.

SourceTrack is a third-party tracking-number query. Its information fields separate purchase completion, warehouse receipt, shelving and QC image generation. An empty field is not a delivery estimate.
