Have a product link, a manual order or a purchase already on its way? Start with the route that fits.

Select the colour, size and quantity on the Litbuy product page. Read a seller’s size chart as measurements rather than assuming that a familiar size label will fit the same way.
The Leave a message field is useful for a specific request the buyer needs to discuss with the seller. Keep it tied to the item: a particular version, a measurement or an option that is not clear.
Purchase Now leads to order confirmation. Review the selected items, address information and payment amount there before submitting. The product purchase and the later international parcel are separate steps.
Your purchase goes to the Litbuy warehouse first. Use Order for the incoming purchase; stored items become available on Warehouse. The international shipment is arranged after that.
Start with the complete product address rather than a screenshot or shortened sharing text. If the platform cannot be searched directly, Fill & Buy is the manual route. A product that has been removed by its seller will still need an available alternative.
